How does it work?
Each patient must undergo an initial consultation in which we discuss his or her medical history, objectives, eating habits, and any questions. We weigh you in our office along with other body composition measurements and give you your results. Then, we prescribe a medication that we believe best suits your requirements and lifestyle. We follow up with you every month for weight checks and prescription refills.
How should I prepare for my first consultation?
If you have had a complete panel blood test within the past six months, please bring a hard copy to your appointment or email it to email@example.com advance. If you have not had blood work within the past six months, please let us know, and we will send you a prescription to transport you to your preferred lab after your appointment has been scheduled.
If you have had a Thyroid Ultrasound and EKG within the past six months, please bring a hard copy to your appointment or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org advance. If these procedures have not been performed, we can send a prescription to our medical clinic.

Similar to Ozempic and Wegovy, Semaglutide is a medication used for both the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and weight loss. Insurance does not cover it; kindly click the “book now” button for pricing information.
Phentermine is a stimulant that is consumed daily in the morning as a tablet.
Super Lipo Lean Injections: An injection containing a combination of vitamins and amino acids that can promote weight loss and overall health.
Tirzepatide is a medical weight loss option with clinical trial data demonstrating its effectiveness in activating particular receptors in the body.
What is Semaglutide?
Semaglutide is a synthetic glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (GLP-1 RA) that belongs to a group of diabetes medicines called incretin mimetics. Incretins are endogenous compounds, including glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), that improve glycemic control once released into the circulation via the gut. Semaglutide subcutaneous injections are used as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Semaglutide subcutaneous injections are also used to reduce the risk of non-fatal cardiovascular (CV) events and CV mortality in T2DM patients with CV disease.

What is Tirzepatide?
Tirzepatide is a weekly injection used to manage type 2 diabetes by reducing blood sugar levels. Despite not yet being approved as a weight loss drug, clinical trials have demonstrated its efficacy in aiding weight loss.
Tirzepatide functions by stimulating not only the GLP-1 but also the GIP hormone receptors. This medication is exclusively intended for adults and should be combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.
How frequently must I take it?
Semaglutide is an injection administered at home once per week. The majority of patients lose 8 to 10 pounds in the first month. Patients continue to lose weight as their monthly intake increases. Semaglutide dosage begins at 0.25mg, then increases to 0.5mg, 1mg, 2mg, and finally 2.5mg. The medication will be given, along with needles, syringes, and alcohol pads. The remaining doses are prescribed at each follow-up appointment.
How long must I remain on it?
Until you’re satisfied with your weight!
What is Phentermine?
Phentermine is an oral sympathomimetic amine used to treat exogenous obesity for brief durations (e.g., 8–12 weeks). Similar pharmacological effects are produced by phentermine and amphetamines.
What is the function of MIC Lipo Plus Injections?
MIC Lipo Plus Injections are a non-prescription injection that can be used in conjunction with weight loss medication or a healthy diet and exercise regimen. Super Lipo Lean Injections are a convenient method to enhance your weight loss efforts, as they require no prior approval.
The combination of ingredients in MIC Lipo Plus Injections is believed to stimulate the metabolism, reduce inflammation, and increase vitality. In addition, some proponents believe that these injections can facilitate the breakdown of fat cells and enhance liver function, improving overall health. These are the constituents of Super Lipo Lean Injections:
Methionineis an essential amino acid that aids in the breakdown of lipids and prevents fat accumulation in the liver. It is also necessary for the production of other essential amino acids and proteins. Methionine may enhance the metabolism and reduce inflammation, which may aid in weight loss.
Inositolis a form of carbohydrate that plays a role in the body’s metabolism of fats and sugars. Additionally, it may help regulate insulin levels and reduce inflammation, which may be advantageous for those attempting to lose weight. It has also been demonstrated that inositol positively impacts mood and may help reduce anxiety and depression, which may contribute to emotional eating.
Cholineis an essential nutrient for brain and neuronal function, as well as for liver health. It is also involved in fat metabolism and may improve the liver’s ability to metabolize and excrete fat. Choline may also aid in reducing inflammation and enhancing insulin sensitivity, both of which may promote weight loss.
Leucineis one of four essential branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) that skeletal muscles can utilize to provide energy during physical activity. A diet rich in complete proteins, such as meat, poultry, fish, eggs, and milk, can provide adequate amounts of these amino acids.
L-carnitine:L-carnitine is a naturally occurring compound synthesized in the brain, liver, and kidneys that facilitates the conversion of fat into energy, playing an essential role in heart and brain function, muscle movement, and numerous other physiological processes; additionally, the body can convert L-carnitine into other beneficial chemicals such as acetyl-L-carnitine and propionyl-L-carnitine.
Contraindications and adverse effects of Semaglutide
Patients with a history of angioedema, anaphylaxis, or other severe hypersensitivity reactions to semaglutide are contraindicated for semaglutide.
Semaglutide is contraindicated in patients with a personal or familial history of certain varieties of thyroid cancer, namely thyroid C-cell tumors such as medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Contraindications and side effects of MIC LIPO Plus Injections
You should not receive these injections if you are sensitive to MIC LIPO Plus Injections or any of its constituents. In addition, individuals with acidosis, liver disease, or inherited optic nerve atrophy should avoid Super Lipo Lean Injections, as they may aggravate these conditions. Notably, Super Lipo Lean Injections have not been extensively researched in pregnant or breastfeeding women, so caution should also be exercised in these situations. If you have any concerns or questions about whether Super Lipo Lean Injections are appropriate for you, you should always consult a licensed healthcare professional.
Contraindications and Adverse Effects of Phentermine
Clinical effects include stimulation of the central nervous system as well as an increase in blood pressure, pulse rate, anxiety, and insomnia. It is believed that appetite suppression is caused by direct stimulation of the satiety center in the hypothalamus and limbic region. The phentermine capsules and tablets manufacturers state that their products are contraindicated in patients with cardiac disease, advanced arteriosclerosis, moderate to severe hypertension, agitated states, or glaucoma.
- reduces appetite and food intake
Contraindications and adverse effects of Tirzepatide – Identical to Semaglutide
Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work synergistically to amplify their effects when used together for weight loss. While Semaglutide activates GLP-1 receptors, Tirzepatide goes a step further by activating both GLP-1 and GIP hormone receptors. This dual mechanism results in increased insulin production, decreased glucagon secretion, reduced appetite and energy intake, delayed gastric emptying, and significant weight loss in clinical trials compared to placebo. The combined action of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide offers a promising approach for individuals seeking effective strategies for weight management and improved overall health.
